Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable refuge traveling to a safe place in a comparatively simple constitution by controlling a motor to a regenerative braking condition when a failure of an electronic throttle valve control device is detected and the operation of a brake is detected. SOLUTION: In a throttle valve control routine in failure, it is discriminated whether an electronic throttle valve control device fails or not (Step S41). When a failure is detected, it is discriminated whether it is in the brake condition or not, and if yes, a regenerative amount REGEN is obtained from a mat at failure, and the preset assist amount ASTPWR or the regenerative amount REGEN is output to an output interface circuit (S42-S44). On the other hand, if in the non-brake condition, it is discriminated whether an accelerator pedal opening AP is larger than a full-open designated opening APFS or not. If smaller, the assist amount and the regerative amount are made zero, and if larger, the assist amount is obtained from a map to be output to an output interface circuit (S45-S47, S44). Thus, the refuge traveling is enabled.
