Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double straw manufacturing apparatus for inserting an inner pipe into a molded outer pipe to produce a double straw. SOLUTION: An insertion device 27 of the assembling device 14 in a double straw manufacturing apparatus has a holding guide member 80 for preventing the falling of the double straw 5 wherein the inner pipe 2 arranged to a feed drum 26 is partially inserted in an outer pipe 1 and frictionally coming into contact with the outer pipe 1 to prescribe the axial movement of the outer pipe 1 and the truncated cone roll pushing the end part 82 of the inner pipe 2 so that the inner pipe 2 is inserted into the outer pipe 1 held by the feed drum 26. The end part 82 of the inner pipe 2 partially inserted into the outer pipe 1 held to the feed drum 26 is moved from the small diameter part of the conical surface 85 of a truncated cone roll to the large diameter part thereof according to the rotation of the feed drum 26 to insert the inner pipe 2 into the outer pipe 1.
