Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a part provided with a head part and a shaft part. from falling down when the part is conveyed with its head part stood downward.
SOLUTION: Above a guide member 12 provided with a guide groove 121 to which a head part, B1 of a bolt B is fitted freely slidably, a pair of walking beams 9, which is opened in the lateral direction while being reciprocated forward/backward in the arrow a-b direction, are arranged. The bolts B fed from a supply pipe P with their head parts B1 directed downward toward a part supply position (f) of the guide groove 121 are clamped by means of a pair of walking beams 9 so as to be conveyed to a part discharge position (d) at a pitch L. As magnets 13a-13c are buried in the part supply position (f) and two positions apart from the position (f) by one pitch L each, so that the head part B1 of the bolt B is magnetized, and as a result, it is prevented from falling down.
