Abstract:

To enable a control manager computer for managing a plurality of computers, in a computer system having the computers connected thereto, to centrally control operation processing executed by each computer.

This control manager computer 401 collects log information showing the execution result of operation processing executed by a computer to be managed and event information showing the event generated in the execution process of the operation processing from each computer 402-407 to be managed, and stores operation definition information in which the execution schedule of the operation processing to be executed by each computer to be managed is defined and the collected log information and event information in a database. By referring to the information stored in the database, this computer displays an integrated management screen in which the operation definition information related to each computer to be managed is associated with the log information and event information of the operation processing defined by the operation definition information.
