To resolve a problem of a conventional fraudulent act monitoring system wherein a file monitoring program for detecting a fraudulent act to a file is easily found by a user conducting a fraudulent act, its operation is stopped and it can not detect a fraudulent act anymore since the file monitoring program is operated on a monitoring object computer.
A fraudulent act monitoring device 3 is provided for monitoring a fraudulent act to a secondary storage 5. An I/O schedule device is provided for respectively allowing access to the secondary storage 5 from the computer 2 and access to the secondary storage 5 from the fraudulent act monitoring device 3 and blocking access to the fraudulent act monitoring device 3 from the computer 2.
