Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode collector which is excellent in adhesiveness to a negative electrode active material, shows less capacity degradation even if charging/discharging is repeated, and suppresses melting of the negative electrode collector even under over-discharge state excellent in capacity restoration rate after over-discharge. SOLUTION: The negative electrode collector comprises copper or a copper alloy, and its surface is coated with Cu2 O. The Cu2 O coat is obtained by heating it in an atmosphere with 15 vol.% or less oxygen concentration, with 10-500 nm oxide film thickness value.
