Title:
ハロゲン化炭化水素の気相フッ素化用のクロムおよびニッケルをベースとするバルク触媒
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4173574
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
Chromium and nickel based bulky catalysts for the fluorination of halogenated hydrocarbons in the gaseous phase are obtained by impregnating an amorphous Cr III oxide of BET surface area of 150 m<2>/g and pore volume > 0.15 ml/g with a solution of a nickel derivative. The catalysts are dried under an inert atmosphere or in air at 100-350 degrees C, then activated by diluted HF introduced in air at 150-200 degrees C, then heated at 350-380 degrees C. Preferably the Cr III oxide has a BET surface area > 180 m<2>/g and a pore volume > 0.18 ml/g. The Cr III used results from the reduction of Cr VI oxide. The nickel derivative is an oxide, hydroxide, halogen oxyhalogen, Ni II nitrate or sulphate or a solution of nickel in alcohol and is preferably nickel chloride. The atomic ratio of Ni/Cr is 0.02-4.
