Abstract:
To provide a foam with decreased burrs and a method for decreasing burrs.
The foam is prepared by injection foam molding a thermoplastic resin composition which has a correlation curve of log η (η: melt viscosity) in respect of log ω (ω: angular frequency) having an inflection point in a range of ω of 0.01-100 rad/sec, wherein a supercritical fluid is used as a blowing agent. The weight reduction ratio of a thermoplastic resin contained in the resin composition is preferably 1% or higher. The resin composition preferably contains a fibrous filler and/or a powder filler in an amount of 1-800 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin.
