Abstract:

To restrain a torque shock from being generated in a driving shaft with stopping of fuel injection to an internal combustion engine, while not applying incongruent feeling to a driver by a sound of a tooth hammer in a gear mechanism.

In this vehicle with an engine, the first motor and the driving shaft connected to a planetary gear, and with the second motor connected to the driving shaft via a reduction gear, a correction torque Ta for canceling torque fluctuation acting on the driving shaft by fuel cut is set (S240), when the fuel cut is started in the engine, the sum of temporary motor torque Tm2tmp and the correction torque Ta is set as a torque command Tm2* (S210-S230), when a product of the sum of the temporary motor torque Tm2tmp outputted from the second motor and the correction torque Ta, and the temporary motor torque Tm2tmp, does not come to a negative value, and the temporary motor torque Tm2tmp is set as the torque command Tm2* (S270-S300), when getting to the negative value.
