Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease loss in a switching element when it is changed over. SOLUTION: Diodes FP1, FN1 are connected in inverse parallel and capacitors CP1, CN1 are connected in parallel to each of switching elements SP1, SN1 connected in series. Also, a switching element SSN1, to which a diode SFN1 is connected in inverse parallel, is connected to the cathode side of a diode DFN1. A reactor N1 and a diode DN1, whose anode side is connected to this reactor, are connected between the connection point of the switching element SSN1 and the diode DFN1 and between the connection point of the switching element SP1 and SN1. Then, capacitors C1 and C2 for dividing power supply and the switching elements SP1 and SN1 are connected in parallel with a DC power supply 1. The switching element SSN1 and the diode DFN1 are connected across the capacitor C2 at the low-voltage side. The switching element SSN1 is turned on and off synchronously with the one and off the switching elements SP1, SN1.
