To provide a wireless telephone system for enabling a user to maximumly utilize network resources in a wireless section while securing the quality of a telephone conversation.
A communication path specification processor 34a specifies a communication path between a call origin and a call reception destination from in a network configuration database DB1 on the basis of an enquiry from an SIP server 1. A calculation processor 34b calculates resources in a wireless path consumed when a call is connected corresponding to a call connection request, if the wireless path is included in the specified communication path on the basis of a wireless IP telephone management database DB2. A determination processor 34c determines whether or not the quality of the telephone conversation is securable when consuming the calculated resources, and allows the SIP server 1 to execute the call connection only when the quality of the telephone conversation is securable.
