PURPOSE: To constitute the training machine so that not only a shape of a locus of the load center which follows a ball hitting action but also a moving speed of the load center can be grasped as a sense.
CONSTITUTION: The training machine is provided with a arithmetic processing means 31 for calculating the load center of a load applied to a base 1 and its moving speed based on detecting information from a load detecting means 11 provided on the base 1 on which a person to be tested for executing a ball hitting operation gets. The arithmetic processing means 31 reproduces and displays a locus of the load center extending the period from the start to the end of the ball hitting action on the display means 4 after the ball hitting action is finished, and simultaneously, changes a variation of magnitude of the moving speed to a variation of a sound in accordance with a movement of the load center in its reproducing display and outputs it from a sound generating means 34.
