To provide a control device of internal combustion engine including turbo charger, calculating the turbocharger in an inexpensive system with good accuracy.
In a turbo charger model M10, a turbine model M11 calculates the turbine power Lt from the exhaust characteristic, and a shaft model M12 converts a turbine power Lt calculated by the turbine model M11 to compressor driving force Lc using the conversion efficiency. A compressor model M13 calculates the supercharging power actually used for supercharging from the compressor driving force Lc obtained by the shaft model M12, and estimates the supercharging pressure from the supercharging power. This turbo charger model M10 includes: an exhaust pipe model M14 taking the delay of exhaust into account and an intake pipe model M15 taking the delay of intake into account in addition to the respective part models of the turbo charger 30.
