To provide a water cleaner with a magnetic minus ion purifying and reducing function which removes hazardous materials contained in water to be treated, such as turbidity components, metal ions, lead ions, aluminum, free residual chlorine, organic chlorine compounds, trihalomethane, CAT (an agricultural chemical), 2-MIB (a musty odor), nitrate nitrogen, and fungi having a size of ≥5 μm, such as Cryptosporidium, and at the same time produces functional water having a reducing function.

The water cleaner with the magnetic minus ion purifying and reducing function comprises a magneto-electronic minus ion water activator of a first cartridge 10 mainly aiming at water activation, a second cartridge 20 divided into multiple layers by a plurality of flat membrane filters 22 of various meshes, and mainly aiming at adsorption of the hazardous materials, metal ion removal, metal ion exchange, elution of main ions, elution of the minus ions by lipolysis, and elution of reducing function ions, and a magnetic water activator 60 installed so as to clamp a water-to-be-treated inflow side connecting tube and a discharge side connecting tube. The water to be treated passing through the water cleaner is changed into cleaned and reducing functional water.
