To provide a navigation system easy to grasp a location of a user and allow the user to easily acquire a variety of pieces of information optimum to the grasped location.
The system includes a user identification terminal 300 for specifying the user by an ID number, a gate terminal 400 previously disposed at a plurality of spots and identifying the terminal 300, and an information providing server 100 for providing a variety of information to the identification terminal 300 in response to location information of the gate terminal 400. The system transmits optimum personal information at the location of the gate terminal 400 to the identification terminal 300 according to a schedule and a behavior history of the user and displays related additional information to a gate display part 411 of the gate terminal 400.
