To provide a transmitting terminal, a receiving terminal and a network redundant system capable of providing high operability and reliability in a network.
The network redundant system has a transmitting end device 500 which stores a user terminal, which transmits a CC frame to both of an operation system path and a standby system path and a receiving end device 512 which stores the user terminal, which is connected with the transmitting end device 500 by the operation system path and the standby system path, calculates nondelivery time of the frame and switches whether a frame received from the operation system path is used or a frame received from the standby path is used when the calculated nondelivery time of the frame exceeds predetermined time.
