When a request for paying money into an account of a bank A 100 from ATM 230 is made, a host computer 110 gives information to the effect that payment is requested to a main address of receiver's home terminal 710 or portable terminal 740, a telephone set 720 or a FAX set 730 before payment to the receiver's account is made. The receiver confirms the contents of payment at the ATM 130 to report whether the payment is permitted. When the receiver rejects, the payment is not performed.
