Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for the biodegradation of oil, capable of enhancing oil decomposition efficiency. SOLUTION: The oil-containing liquid generated from an aqueous degreasing treatment bath is introduced into an oil decomposition treatment bath B in which an aerobic oil decomposition organism holding body (filter bed) 34 is provided to perform oil biodegradation treatment. The oil decomposition treatment bath is stirred and a surfactant (emulsifier) is added to the treatment bath to finely emulsify oil to perform oil biodegradation treatment.
