To enhance lightfastness of a block for a visually impaired person which emits a fluorescence easily recognizable by a weak-sighted person.

The fluorescent colored sheet (10) has a laminate structure wherein there are arranged, from the surface in the following order, a transparent layer (1); a colored transparent film layer (2) of an acrylic resin colored with a fluorescent dye; a fluorescent resin layer consisting of a fluorescent layer (4) that contains a fluorescent substance and is disposed as the upper layer and a pigment layer (5) that contains a fluorescent substance and a common pigment of an extent not inhibiting the fluorescent effect of the fluorescent substance and is disposed as the lower layer to the above fluorescent layer (4); and a white film layer (7) attached to the above pigment layer (5) by a white adhesive agent layer (6). The sheet is structured so that, when used, the back side is attached to the block (20) for a visually impaired person.
