To unfailingly notify operators who perform customer support operation in a power company about the information relating to a power failure.
A power failure information notification system 10 consists of, for example, a customer operation server 7 installed in a customer center of the power company and customer operation terminals 8. The customer operation server 7 accepts information indicating that a power failure occurs from a power failure information management system 2 of each branch office or a power failure information integration system 6 of a section controlling branch offices, and distributes the information to all the customer operation terminals 8. The customer operation terminals 8 each receive the information indicating that a power failure occurs from the customer operation server 7, and display the information in a telop format on a screen. In this case, a method of limiting the telop display time may be employed. Also, a method of displaying a portal screen for supporting customer support operation which has a link to detailed information of an accidental power failure may be employed.
