Abstract:
To provide a reflow device, a flux recovery device and a flux recovery method, which efficiently recover a flux constituent.
A chamber 51 is a space in which an atmosphere gas having passed through a catalyst pipe 42 first flows. An internal chamber 52 is arranged in the chamber 51, and a space is formed by partitioning the space of the chamber 51. U-shaped pipes 53 make the chambers communicate with each other. Axial-flow fans 54 are cooling fans and cool a radiator part 39. Recovery boxes 55 are arranged below the U-shaped pipes 53, and recover a flux constituent and the like condensed by cooling.
