Abstract:
The hearing aid has a storage device to store signal data comprising test audio data relating to classes of characteristic hearing situations. A signal-processing device outputs a signal data from the storage device. A control device has an adjustment mechanism in communication with a signal-processing device. The signal-processing device operates the control device to output the test audio data in desired class. The signal-processing device is adjusted when the audio is output and the setting of signal processing device for desired class is stored. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) hearing aid system; and (2) method for adjusting hearing aid.
