To provide a metal surface treatment composition, capable of imparting sufficient adhesion and corrosion resistance to a space between a laminate film and a metal adhered with the laminate film.
The metal surface treatment composition is used for improving adhesion between the surface of a metal and a laminate film, and comprises: a primary amino group-containing resin comprising two or more primary amino groups in one molecule by 40 to 90 mass% per resin content; a glycidyl group-containing resin comprising one or more glycidyl groups in one molecule by 5 to 30 pts.mass% per resin content; and an amino silane compound comprising one or more amino groups in one molecule by 5 to 20 mass% per resin content.
