Abstract:
The mechanism has a cylinder block (10) rotating around a rotation axis (A) in a fixed housing that is provided in two parts (1A, 1B), and including cylinders (12) in which pistons (14) cooperate with a cam (16) that is integrated to the housing. The block includes a transversal surface (11) that has a zone (Z) radially delimited towards outside by base parts (12A) of the cylinders. An internal fluid dispenser (22) has a part that is arranged in an axial recess (30) and has a distributing surface (22B). A communicating surface (10A) of the block is arranged in a plane surface of the recess.
