Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a precure tread which reduces a difference of a hysteresis loss (tanδ) in a tire tread vertical direction of a precure tread where the precure tread is uniformly vulcanized in the whole area without sacrificing productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided the method of manufacturing the tread where an unvulcanized sheet is arranged between a vulcanizing press device and an unvulcanized tread for vulcanization when vulcanizing the unvulcanized tread by the vulcanizing press device.
