Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management and maintenance support system and a management and maintenance method capable of retrieving a detailed design document from an alarm signal name of IBD which is an upstream document and quickly estimating a causal device.SOLUTION: A curing list of devices for isolation work for closing valves 17A,17B or the like and opening a valve 17c in order to decompose and inspect a device, a pump 20 for instance, in a maintenance inspection construction of a plant, is prepared by site maintenance support server calculation 300. At the time, when performing the isolation processing, the processing of turning a switch OFF or the like for instance, to a control board controller which is a slave device for controlling the pump 20 and the valves 17A,17B, there is the possibility that the device receiving control signals from the control board controller issues a fault alarm signal. Such the isolation processing of the control board controller is checked, and an isolation-alarm relating list for relating the relation of the IBD and a soft logic diagram, a PI/O table diagram, ECWD and the device of the isolation object with the alarm signal name is prepared.
