Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module with improved photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a photoelectric conversion module M provided with a photoelectric conversion layer 3 including a light absorption layer 31, a first translucent member 21 provided on the photoelectric conversion layer 3, and a translucent substrate 22 provided on the translucent member 21 comprises: a step of specifying a physical property error location of the photoelectric conversion layer 3; a step of forming a through part 6 on the photoelectric conversion layer 3 and electrically separating or removing the physical property error location from a normal location of the photoelectric conversion layer 3; and a step of filling the through part 6 with a second translucent member 7 having a refractive index different from the first translucent member 21.
