Title:
永久磁石形同期リニアモータおよびそれを用いたテーブル送り装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5574173
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor in which copper loss can be further reduced by circumventing the effect of thrust saturation and increasing a winding space for winding wires owing to reduction in tooth width, and to provide a table feeding device.SOLUTION: Field poles 1 of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor have a magnet array constituted by linearly arraying a plurality of permanent magnets 3 on the field core 2 in such a way that polarization directions thereof are alternately opposite, and an armature 4 includes the plurality of teeth 51 as salient magnetic poles and armature winding wires 61 to 66 concentratedly wound around the teeth 51 respectively and three-phase connected. When a length of the each tooth 51 in a direction perpendicular to an arraying direction of the magnets is denoted by Ltc1 and a slots pitch between the neighboring teeth 51 is denoted by Ltc2, Ltc1 and Ltc2 satisfy a relation of Ltc1>Ltc2. Here, the number of teeth 51 of an armature core is 6, and number of field poles formed by the permanent magnets 3 is 7.
