Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand power control unit to appropriately predict an averaged demand power in a demand time limit in order to suppress the average demand power in a demand limit time within a target value.SOLUTION: A demand power control unit preliminarily stores a demand power target value which is the highest among multiple actual values measured at specified measurement time intervals. Before starting an actual value measurement for a measurement-targeted period among multiple measurement periods, the control unit calculates a prediction value to compare the prediction value to the target value. In case the prediction value excesses the target value, the difference between the prediction value and the target value is calculated, and an alarm to reduce the demand power of the measurement-targeted period is output according to the calculated difference.
