Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered structure of narrow woven fabrics, which is not easily twisted or loosened even when attached and detached with a fastener while exhibiting elasticity in every direction, and to provide a method for producing the multi-layered structure of the narrow woven fabrics.SOLUTION: The multi-layered structure of narrow woven fabrics includes woven fabrics obtained by weaving weft and warp yarns with thermofusible urethane yarns arranged along both of the weft and warp yarns. After weaving the warp yarns on each of the two sides (upper and lower sides) by double weaving in which the warp yarns are separately woven on upper and lower sides with the weft yarns or multiple (more than double) weaving, the upper-side weft yarns and the lower-side weft yarns are crossed so that the upper-side weft yarns are moved to the lower side, and the lower-side weft yarns are moved to the upper side. Then, the state of weaving is returned from the crossed state to the non-crossed state. This weaving procedure is repeated to join a narrow woven fabric 1b on the upper side and a narrow woven fabric 1a on the lower side together at predetermined intervals, thereby alternately forming joined portions 1e and non-joined portions 1f. Then, the joined portions 1e are subjected to thermocompression bonding, thereby providing the multi-layered structure of the narrow woven fabrics.
