Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrolyte membrane that can be thinned by suppressing deformation such as neck-in, wrinkles, and deflection.SOLUTION: A first supporting material including two of first adhesive members disposed with a prescribed space kept therebetween on the same surface and a second supporting material including two of second adhesive members disposed with a prescribed space kept therebetween on the same surface are prepared, and a first reinforcing material and a second reinforcing material are disposed on the first supporting material and the second supporting material respectively so as to bridge spaces between the adhesive members included in the respective supporting materials. After pasting the first reinforcing material to the second reinforcing material through an electrolyte membrane, the second supporting material, the second adhesive member, the first reinforcing material, the electrolyte membrane, and the second reinforcing material are separated from the prescribed adhesive layer of the first adhesive member, and the first reinforcing material, the electrolyte membrane, and the second reinforcing material are cut off between the second adhesive members.
