Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which has a high flexural strength, and is arranged so that no crack is produced by the impact at the time of mounting even if the thickness is reduced owing to the decrease in the height.SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic capacitor comprises a laminate. The laminate includes a perovskite compound which includes Ba, Ti and Zr as primary components. The Zr content is between 10 and 40 pts.mol inclusive to 100 pts.mol of Ba when the laminate is dissolved. In observing a cross section of the dielectric ceramic layer, if a proportion of the number of crystal grains A such that Zr/(Ti+Zr) molar ratio at crystal grain's center is no more than 0.005 is denoted by TA, and a proportion of the number of crystal grains B such that Ti/(Ti+Zr) molar ratio at crystal grain's center is no more than 0.005 is denoted by TB, TB is 0.1 or more.
