Abstract:

The magnetic material constituting a magnetic portion (20) is a ferrite mainly containing 31-42 mol% of NiO, 2-10 mol% of ZnO, 43-48 mol% of Fe₂O₃, 0.5-3 mol% of Co₃O₄, and 10-14 mol% of CuO. The dielectric material constituting a dielectric portion (18) is mainly composed of xBaO·y₁Nd₂O₃·y₂Bi₂O₃·zTiO₂ wherein 0.09 ≤ x ≤ 0.25, 0.05 ≤ y₁ ≤ 0.20, 0 < y₂ ≤ 0.10 and 0.60 ≤ z ≤ 0.75. The dielectric material constituting a joint portion (22) is a BaO-TiO₂-ZnO dielectric material.
