Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device color filter capable of suppressing color drift of displayed images by suppressing light leakage from each pixel to adjacent pixels, and to provide an organic EL display device.SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by providing an organic EL display device color filter comprising; a transparent substrate; a first light shield layer formed into a pattern on the transparent substrate; color layers of a plurality of colors formed on the transparent substrate after the first light shield layer is formed thereon; and a second light shield layer formed into a pattern on the color layers to be positioned over the first light shield layer. The second light shield layer contains either a black color material and a non-black chromatic color material or a plurality of black color materials having different transmittance properties.
