This navigation message authentication system (1) is provided with a first satellite (2), a second satellite (3), and a reception terminal (200). In the navigation message authentication system, a first navigation message executes authentication processing. The navigation message authentication system is provided with an authentication processing device (300) that communicates with the reception terminal (200). The reception terminal (200) is provided with: a terminal-side satellite receiver (230), an inspection data extraction unit (S2), an authentication-related data extraction unit (S5), an authentication request signal generation unit (S7), and an authentication request signal transmission processing unit (S8). The authentication processing device (300) is provided with an authentication request signal reception processing device (S11) and an authentication computation unit (S20). The present disclosures provide a reception terminal and an authentication processing device.
