Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method capable of securely and easily joining members to each other while securing joining strength even under no-pressure.SOLUTION: There is provided a joining method, comprising: a coating step where a joining composition containing the first metal particles, as a nucleus material for growing silver crystal, composed of metal-based particles or ceramic-based particles, with the average particle diameter of 0.1 to 22 μm and a plurality of projection parts radially elongating therefrom and the second spherical metal particles in which the average particle diameter is equal to that of the first metal particles or lower, and an organic solvent is coated on the joining face of at least either member of the first and second members to be joined; and a joining step where the first and second members are superimposed via the joining composition and thereafter, under no-pressure, the first and second members are joined at the temperature of 250 to 350°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
