Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an armature capable of accurately and surely positioning a permanent magnet in relative to a laminated core.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: a laminated core mounting step for mounting a rotor core 1 on a transfer jig 2 and positioning the rotor core 1 in relative to the transfer jig 2; a permanent magnet inserting and fitting step for inserting a permanent magnet 6 into a magnet insertion hole 5 of the laminated core 1 that is mounted on the transfer jig 2, and positioning the permanent magnet 6 in relative to the rotor core 1; and a resin filling step for mounting the rotor core 1 that is mounted on the transfer jig 2, in a resin filling device 4, and filling the magnet insertion hole 5 of the rotor core 1 with a pressurized resin from an end face of the rotor core 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
