Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination system capable of easily performing dimming control and dimming/toning control.SOLUTION: An illumination system 1 comprises an illumination control device 2 and a lighting fixture 3. The illumination control device 2 comprises an input unit 23 which allows an operation for changing an amount of light and/or light color, and changes a part of a waveform of a voltage supplied from an external power supply 5 according to operation contents of the input unit 23. The lighting fixture 3 comprises a lighting power supply unit 31 and a signal generation unit 32. The signal generation unit 32 generates a pulse signal on the basis of a waveform of voltage transmitted from the illumination control device 2, and generates a control signal for controlling the operation of the lighting power supply unit 31 on the basis of the pulse signal. The pulse signal includes a plurality of pulses including a first pulse indicating a first pulse width and a second pulse indicating a second pulse width. The second pulse width is greater than the first pulse width. The signal generation unit 32 generates a pulse signal in which a combination of the first pulse and the second pulse differs for each operation contents of the input unit 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
