Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-producing device of a grand type toy piano in which a moderate touch feeling can be obtained from the beginning of key depression, and a sound volume based on key depression strength can be obtained and a feeling of let-off similar to a genuine grand piano can be obtained.SOLUTION: A sound-producing device 4 of a grand type toy piano 1 includes: multiple keys 6 for constituting a keyboard 3, and each extending in the longitudinal direction and swingably supported to a reed 5; multiple sound producing bodies 10; and multiple hammers 8 each extending in the longitudinal direction, and turnably supported in the front end around an axis line 8a extending in the left and right direction at the rear of the key 6, respectively. The hammer 8 has a projecting claw 9 projected forward from the axis line 8a. The hammer further includes a hammer posture holding part 5d which is made to swing together with the key 6, while holding a posture to the depressed key 6, by that the projecting claw 9 abuts in a key release state and the abutment with the projecting claw 9 continues at the beginning of the key depression.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
