Abstract:
To execute more complex processing, while preventing an increase in the amount of information included in one code image.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10 reads, with a first camera, a code image recording sheet 50 formed with a code image having a large-size code recording area having large-size code information corresponding to the type of a function embedded therein, and a small-size code recording area having small-size code information corresponding to a parameter associated with the type embedded therein. When a person H holding the code image recording sheet 50 approaches, the image forming apparatus 10 reads the large-size code recording area of the code image to set the type, and when the person H further approaches, reads the small-size code recording area of the code image to set the parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
