データ収集装置（１００）が備える収集実行部（１１０）は、ＰＬＣ（６０４、６０５）からデータを収集するデータ収集処理を実行する。データ収集装置（１００）が備える制御部（１５０）は、データ収集処理の開始が指示された時点での収集実行部（１１０）が、予め設定された時点での収集実行部（１１０）と一致するか否かに応じて、収集実行部（１１０）が適正であるか否かを判別し、収集実行部（１１０）が適正である場合に、収集実行部（１１０）にデータ収集処理を開始させる。
