Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the removal of surplus liquid attached to the outer peripheral surface of the distal end of a dispensing pipette tip more easily and at low cost and to prevent contamination.SOLUTION: A reagent cartridge 100 containing a liquid for separating and purifying nucleic acid from a sample and dispensing the liquid by a dispensing pipette tip 201 comprises a main body 101, wells 121 to 127 which are openings on the top surface of the main body and which accommodate the liquid, a film 129 affixed to the openings on the upper surface of the main body, and a surplus liquid removing section 128 for removing excess liquid adhered to the tip outer surface of the dispensing pipette tip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
