Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for a power supply system including two converters, capable of closing a system switch immediately after precharge of a capacitor is completed.SOLUTION: A power supply system 2 includes a main battery 4, a sub-battery 22, a first DDC 28 and a second DDC 30. The first DDC 28 is converter which is connected between a side closer to a PCU 12 from a SMR (System Main Relay) 20 and a sub-power line 24 and can perform step-up and step-down operation. The second DDC 30 is a converter which is connected between a side closer to the main battery 4 from the SMR 20 and the sub-power line 24 and can perform step-down operation. An ECU 60 controls the second DDC 30 so that an output current becomes constant irrespective of a load variation of auxiliary equipment 26, and causes the first DDC 28 to perform step-up operation to charge a capacitor 14. The ECU 60 closes the SMR 20 when a difference between a both end voltage of the capacitor 14 and a battery voltage becomes smaller than an allowable voltage difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
