PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer-taste alcoholic beverage that has a suppressed miscellaneous taste, a beer-like soft and smooth texture, and a balanced taste of harmony.SOLUTION: Provided is a beer-taste fermented alcoholic beverage produced from malt and/or non-germination barley as a part of the raw-material, and in which the concentration of a peptide having a molecular weight of 10 to 20 kDa (gel permeation method) is 0.15 mg/mL or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
