Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator which can reduce temperature difference between a plurality of thermo-sensors and a crystal element, and reduce variations of correction values to the crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator comprises: a rectangular substrate 110a; a mounting base substrate 160 provided along a short side of a lower surface of the substrate 110a; a joint terminal 112 provided along an outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the substrate 110a; a joint pad 161 provided on both ends of an upper surface of the mounting base substrate 160; an electrode pad 111 provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110a; at least a pair of connection pads 115 provided on the lower surface of the substrate 110a between mounting base substrates 160; a crystal element 120 mounted on the electrode pad 111; at least two or more thermo-sensors 150 mounted on the pair of connection pads 115; and a lid 130 for hermetically sealing the crystal element 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
