Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator capable of reducing peeling of a thermo-sensitive element from a connection pad by securing a space in which the thermo-sensitive element can be mounted.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator comprises: a rectangular board 110a; a mounting substrate 160 which is provided along a short side of a bottom face of the board 110a; a bond terminal 112 which is provided along an outer edge of the bottom face of the board 110a; bond pads 161 which are provided in both ends of a top face of the mounting substrate 160; an electrode pad 111 which is provided on a top face of the board 110a; at least four or more connection pads 115 that are provided on the bottom face of the board 110a within the mounting substrate 160; a crystal element 120 which is mounted on the electrode pad 111; at least two or more thermo-sensitive elements 150 which are mounted on the connection pads 115; and a lid body 130 for sealing the crystal element 120 in an airtight manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
