PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smart use, smooth boarding and an efficient operation of an elevator on the basis of the judgement of a user.SOLUTION: An elevator system 100 includes: a car interior guide device 150 installed in a car; a landing guide device 170 installed in a landing; and a group supervisory operation control device 110 for controlling displays on the car interior guide device 150 and the landing guide device 170. When determining that inside of the car is crowded, the group supervisory operation control device 110 transmits image data on a car interior image taken by the car interior guide device 150 or image data on a virtual image generated based on the image data on the car interior image to the landing guide device 170 as image data on a landing display image, and the landing guide device 170 displays an image on the basis of the image data on the landing display image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
