Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for a gas insulated switchgear capable of allowing a user to easily access to an internal space of a container body from the outside of the container while preventing fragments of the container body from being scattered to the outside.SOLUTION: A container for a gas insulated switchgear has a metal container body 31 formed with an access hole 35 for accessing to an internal space 33 from the outside, which accommodates a power supply conductor constituting an electric circuit of an electric power system in the internal space 33. The container body 31 is made by casting. The container is constituted of a material that contains synthetic resin and has a cover 50 enclosing the outside of the container body 31. The cover 50 includes plural half-pieces 51, 52 being plural pieces and molded in shapes fitting to an outer face 31c of the container body 31 before hand and which is configured so that end parts of the half-pieces 51, 52 in a circumferential direction are connected to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
