PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rotaxane excellent in self-recovery properties.SOLUTION: The rotaxane is provided, having such a structure that a polymer compound (B) being an axial component penetrates through a ring component formed of cyclic polyether ester (A) represented by at least one general formula (1).
