Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging device capable of further accurately molding an inner tooth surface by a simple process.SOLUTION: A forging device 1 comprises a tooth-shaped die 20 having a fitting hole 20e corresponding to a shaft hole part 103 of a work 100 in a central part of the tooth-shaped die 20, an annular floating die 24 capable of inserting a work body 101 into the inside, forming an annular shape capable of allowing a flange part 102 of the work 100 to abut on one end surface and movable in the central axis O direction of the tooth-shaped die 20, an outer punch 35 capable of pressing the work body 101 to the tooth-shaped die 20 in a state of sandwiching the flange part 102 between the floating die 24 and itself, an inner punch 36 projected from a central part of the outer punch 35 and fittable in a fitting hole 20e of the shaft hole part 103 and the tooth-shaped die 20 of the work 100 in the timing before the outer punch 35 sandwiches the flange part 102 and a vibrator 41 for vibrating the outer punch 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
